Molded Materials

Molded materials can be comprised of paper pulp for items such as egg cartons, plastic for trays, and PVC for clamshells, blister packs, and molded foams. These products are ideal for high volume, mass-produced items. Tooling costs can be significant, but molded products offer a lower per-unit cost than many other packaging alternatives.
